I'm getting reminder emails from SPN.com that licenses expire on May 14, so I don't trust anything I've been told or am being told by Broadcom/Symantec. I've tried serial numbers for Site ID (which I found a reference should be usable), but no luck.

There are broken links on the portal (like "Contact Us"), Links to support get me the Broadcom "Support" Portal where I can log in, but I'm unable create a case for support (without a Site ID). All that I've gotten and been able to do is now log into the old portal via the new Broadcom/Okta logins. Yes, I was told there would be "free upgrade" to SES and more information forthcoming on that (none so far). I administer a small (9 license) SBE install.
